This session will explore the current and future impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies, such as blockchain, on charities and fundraising. We will look at the ways in which how people give, what they give, and the causes they give to, are likely to change in the future. This aim is to equip fundraisers with greater understanding and awareness of the key challenges and opportunities they face as we enter the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and to spark ideas for innovation and experimentation.
